Overview

Electronic forms can save hours of doubling efforts in a work group and can help manage information. This course covers advanced features in report writing including heading styles, formatting, graphics, captions, creating automatic table of contents and indexes. Other topics include: editing and reviewing tools, version tracking, adding comments electronically, Dictionaries and language tools. We also look at using an address database to create phone lists or mailings and creating labels and envelopes (mail merge). This advanced level course has been designed to make the user more efficient and increase productivity.
