Overview

The objective of this course is to provide real estate appraisers with the tools they need for effective communication with their contacts. Utilizing a contact management system will provide the real estate appraiser with an audit trail of all communications with their contacts. This protects both the contact and the appraiser. The real estate appraiser will provide a higher degree of professionalism, accuracy and service to the public.

This course will provide the industry's best practices when using Microsoft Outlook as an Email and Contact Management tool for real estate appraisers.

Maintaining and keeping good communication with a network of contacts and prospects is one of the most important activities for real estate appraisers. Many real estate appraisers are still using a paper day planner or sticky notes, or are spending hundreds of dollars on a custom contact management program. This course will show them a better way to manage and communicate with their contacts with Microsoft Outlook.

The course covers all aspects of setting up an effective contact management system using Microsoft Outlook.
