Overview

During this session, we will apply various methods to reporting production rates and tracking onsite performance, using typical construction projects. We work with you and use an interactive and hands-on approach to ensure that you gain the skills you need to use MS Project efficiently. You will understand the settings, options, and customizations that need to be in place to make this great software work for you, your projects, and your part of the construction industry.
