Overview

This is as an instructor-led webinar delivered in two half day sessions . This course covers the basic concepts such as letters, memos, faxes, tables and bullets, and will begin to introduce intermediate practices such as templates, headings and styles. The emphasis in this course is on formatting, efficiency, and shortcuts. Incorporating these tools into your day to day routine will free hours during your day, and allow for an influx of productivity.

We will utilize screen sharing software and file sharing software to present the course and exercises. You may share your screen to get personalized assistance with your work.

Cost of this course is $329 + applicable taxes. Course runs from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
